COACHING WITH ME
THE FIRST SESSION: ALLOW 90 MINUTES
This is when we find out about each other.
It gives me time to set out the framework for coaching, and find out more about you and what it is you would like to gain from the coaching sessions.
It allows you to get to know how I work and the sort of questions that come up within the coaching framework. This will allow you to assess your needs and decide whether coaching is right for you.
At the end of this session we can decide if I am the right coach for you.
FURTHER SESSIONS ARE USUALLY EITHER 30 MINUTES OR 60 MINUTES LONG
This can be done in several ways, depending on your needs, and what will work best for you.
Some people book one session at a time, arranging a new one at the end of each session, especially if their schedules are prone to sudden changes.
Some like to book a few at a time so that they fit in well with other commitments.
Some like to pay a monthly direct debit for a number of sessions per year, they then arrange the sessions to suit their coaching needs.
You, the client, will ultimately decide the number and frequency of sessions needed.
Can be done on the phone or in person.
